20010: Profile redesign for
The main objective of this large-scale global initiative was to create an efficient tool to let user manage their profile settings. As a lead designer for this project and I created a brand new IA and UI for the PayPal profile settings pages.

2010: Password recovery for
In this project I identified issues in the password recovery flow by using site catalyst tool, customer feedback and customer call analysis. Based on this research I proposed a new design and as a result the call volume went down by 50% with millions of dollar in cost savings.
Marketing page redesign
2009: Merchant revamp for
This was a large marketing initiative to optimize the marketing pages. I designed new templates for all the products. And as a result the conversion increased by many folds. The new design also providing a consistent and fresh look to the marketing pages.
MS Live Lab project
2007: Microsoft Live Lab project
The primary focus of this project is to find out how to rapidly user can cull from a large collection of personal imagery those pictures that will be used to author an image based experience. A secondary focus is on novel experiences that can be authored along with corresponding specification of techniques for easy and powerful end-user authoring.

This is a HCI Methods semester long project. In this project we used all the HCI methods learned during the course to find out user experience issues and formulate design solution in an iterative process.
